When you send a trip brief, we collect the contact and travel-planning information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, group size, trip length, the cities you have in mind and any notes you add.

How we use it

We use this information to review your enquiry, contact you about your trip, prepare a proposal and improve our service. We do not ask for passport or payment details through the trip brief.

Storage and sharing

We keep your information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and provide the service. We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that help us host the website, manage enquiries or send email.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us. Reply to any message you have received from us and we will handle your request.
