Enquiries and proposals

Sending a trip brief or joining a discovery call does not create a paid engagement. After the call, we may send a proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, timing, included feedback rounds and total price.

Payment

Unless a proposal says otherwise, a 50% deposit is required before planning begins. The remaining 50% is due after the plan is agreed and before final delivery.

Planning service

Not Your Panda provides research, recommendations and planning guidance. Availability, opening hours, prices, entry requirements and third-party services can change. Travellers remain responsible for bookings, documents, insurance and decisions made during their trip unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Changes and cancellation

The specific number of feedback rounds and the terms for rescheduling, cancellation and refunds will be included in each proposal.
